It’s one of the better Nirvana live sets to be commercially released, definitely better than the Paramount concert that came with the Nevermind box set, but I still like the Reading Festival one more (although that’s generally considered to be one of the best live shows of all time, so that may not be a fair comparison). Products labelled '*item fulfilled by Exertis on behalf of hmv' will be supplied to you directly by Exertis via their approved couriers. though my copy has consistent white noise throughout every song exept “All Apologies” the mastering itself is really great, it sounds super punchy and detailed and warm and a lot more aggressive and grungy than the digital version.It was then slated to be released as the B side for the 3rd single 'Pennyroyal Tea' which as mentioned was cancelled following Kurt's death. Before that however Nirvana wanted to follow up on Nevermind but they didn't want to do the same kind of record.

It was Nirvana's last single - as a double A-side with track four - and like the lead one is another up there with the group's best ever work with both being re-mixed by R.Some copies have a black sticker on skin says: "Includes a voucher to download MP3 version of the album. The real treat here is the second disc, which features an entirely new mix of the album, also done by original album producer Steve Albini. Remastering/reissuing albums does tend to offer several benefits, though, including breathing new life back into a classic piece of music and putting it back into circulation for a wider audience to appreciate. Finally, my one issue with this particular pressing is that the digital download code gives you downloads for the original mixes, not the ones on this vinyl.
