I know I've used it in multiple builds, even to repaste GPUs, and so far I didn't have a single issue. This leads to low thermal resistance, guaranteeing that heat is dissipated efficiently from the CPUs, GPUs or power semiconductor components. In my opinion, no other paste is worth using after testing a good batch of this MX-5 however, and liquid metal is not worth the 3-5 degrees in performance you might gain from a good application. I think it's slightly runnier than some compounds I've used but I dunno if that's difference between an mx-4 to mx-5, or just a difference in brand, but its nothing bad, if anything its easier to spread.
