Prospan® Cough Syrup is a light brown, slightly cloudy syrup. It contains a plant extract as the active ingredient and its colour and taste can therefore occasionally vary. This, however, does not affect the quality of the preparation.

Do not use it if you are allergic to ivy, sorbitol or any of the other ingredients in Prospan ® by Helixia ®. Indications: Prospan® cough syrup is indicated for use in acute catarrh (inflammation) of the respiratory tract accompanied by coughing and the symptomatic treatment of chronic inflammatory bronchial diseases.

Active ingredient: Each 5 ml of syrup contains 35 mg of extract (as dry extract) from ivy leaf ( Hedera helix L.) (5 – 7.5 : 1). However, to get the best results from the treatment, you should carefully follow the instructions for use of the medicinal product.
