You will usually feel more comfortable within 1 or 2 days of treatment. Reduce the dose as your condition gets better.Never take 2 doses at the same time. Never take an extra dose to make up for a forgotten one. What if I take too much? Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is 1-2 sachets daily dissolved in liquid, preferably taken as a single dose in the morning. Liquid – this comes with a plastic cup or spoon to measure the dose. Do not use a kitchen spoon as it will not give the right amount. If you do not have a cup or spoon, ask your pharmacist for one. Within the dose recommendation the dose can be adjusted to your individual needs. It may range from one sachet every other day to two sachets per day. The right dose is the lowest dose to product regular soft stools.

What Dulcosoft Powder is used for

Dulcosoft can be used for up to 28 days, after which the causes of constipation should be investigated by a doctor who will advise on the suitability to continue treatment with Dulcosoft. The Dulcolax range is used for the short term treatment of occasional constipation, always read the label. Each sachet contains Macrogol 4000, a doctor prescribed ingredient. It is an osmotic laxative, which workswith your body for comfortable relief of constipation by using water naturally present in the colon to soften the stools to make passing stools more comfortable. The law requires us to determine under which of six defined bases we process different categories of your personal information, and to notify you of the basis for each category.
