what kept me going was the murder mystery, i was so intrigued and just wanted to find out what really happened. i loved !!! that there was a good balance between the romance and the plot. Based on the description, I expected Griffin to give Win pretty constant grief by disparaging her as an outsider to the people of Quincy. That didn't happen. All things considered Griff seemed to direct his criticism of Winslow pretty much to Winslow.I saw this book floating around on Bookstagram and added it to my TBR but when I found out it was set in Montana, I immediately started reading and I'm so glad I did. This book was something special! Until one of Griffin's ranch hands had stumbled across a body at the base of 'Indigo Ridge.' Supposedly another suicide. I am honestly super impressed. I loved Devney's writing. Small town romance, double pov + investigative work.

Series Reading Order

There isn´t that much smut in this book, so for everybody expecting that, this might be the wrong book for you. Christina helped us understand local real estate practices, gave practical and insightful advice during the price negotiations, and recommended excellent recommendations on vendors to use once closed. The project is divided into two parts; the eastern side, which holds the Village District, and the western side, which hosts the West District. The Village District focuses on lifestyle amenities, while the West District focuses on employment amenities, such as manufacturing. The neighborhood limestone elements, together with the local farming and ranching heritage, have significantly influenced Indigo Ridge’s design.the author focused entirely too much on the most insignificant information. i don't think we, as readers, give a shit about how green the grass is or how blue the sky is, and we especially don't care if the siblings breathe or choke. the fact we got more of the siblings and briggs than the main characters pissed me offfffffff. h (heroine) rating: 3.5 stars. Winslow. I appreciated how strong she was and how she wasn’t needy with Griffin. Sleeping with Griffin Eden was a huge mistake, one she’s trying to forget. He’s insufferable, arrogant and keeps reminding everyone that she’s an outsider. Winslow does her best to avoid Griffin, but when a woman is found dead on Eden property, the two of them have no choice but to cross paths.

This was so good. It was insta-lust (chapter one), which isn’t everyone’s thing, but I thought the author did it well.

All I can say is WOW. First I will say to go into this blind! A friend of mine recommended this book to me and I was a little apprehensive because I was nervous that it would not live up to the hype.
