But it doesn’t smell synthetic at all, nor it’s overwhelming. It feels just right. More on the sweet side than sour, but a “cool, breezy sweet”. Well, I ended up testing it anyway today ~ wow, the cherry blossom actually smells like cherries! I had no idea! If I had smelled this blindly I would have thought there's actual cherry (fruit) in it, not just flowers. (Or did they add a cherry note there but chose not to list it?) As others have noted, think cheap cherry cough syrup, plus something balsamic. Think boozy cherries from the maraschino jar, plus some plastic Barbie doll scent underneath. And weirdly, I kind of enjoy all of those scents (well, maybe minus the cough syrup element), but combined, it was an instant 'no' on my skin. A scrubber. I'm so glad I went and tested this out in the store. If I blind bought, I would've immediately returned. I actually bought this for a friend for her birthday but couldn't resist having a sniff myself. (What? Don't look at me like that - I always have to smell perfumes I give as a gift to make sure they're nice... 😏) & I know she'll love this. I was so excited, I almost overlooked a very cute detail; the plastic was torn. It was the exact bottle I had asked to sniff and we opened almost a month ago! It had waited for me to bring it home after all :) He estado probando una muestra de este perfume y no me ha gustado mucho... para mí la salida es intensa y excesivamente frutal-tropical, pero que pierde fuerza enseguida dejando un rastro que me recuerda a los chicles de sandía. Personalmente me gusta más la versión que sacaron el año pasado, Turquoise Summer, que aunque es también muy frutal no me resulta tan "punzante" como ésta. This comes out very spicy on me! Its like its all 90% pink pepper and sandalwood, and 10% mix fruity soapy smell. I am rather disappointed that its not fruity sweet, very weird! I give it a like as it is not bad, just doesnt suit me well. Will not be re buying. Might not even use it again, but feel i need to re try it again during summertime. But this scent is probably a chemistry issue, as others describe it totally different! Extremely similar to their cherry in the air from 2013. You may not even be able to tell a difference initially. While it smells very pleasant once the heaviness fades away, I still miss a little something. It smells a little one-dimensional, almost focussing solely on the smell of cherries. It could have used a bit more notes to give it that little something extra! Now, it's almost generic smelling if not for the initial stage of heavy sweetness. I don't smell the tonka bean at all, and it could have used some vanilla in the dry down. And perhaps another flower note?

There is a very *very* thin thread of something boozy in this, but I mostly get ripe orange, sweet grenadine and smooth sandalwood. The bright pink bottle matches the bubbly aesthetic and the pretty scent. This isn't bad. But somehow it is simultaneously too sweet and too sour for me. I think I will be returning. I like fruity perfumes, and especially orangey perfumes. I was so confident that I would like this, that I blind bought the extra large bottle. But surprisingly, I don't love it. For one thing, I don't feel like it smells like oranges. It smells more like mangoes specifically. A lot of cosmetics and food companies use musk instead of vanilla, and I think this perfume did too. So to smell like vanilla ice cream, they just used musk. But I dislike musk perfumes.
