About this deal

Every day you showed me what I was worth and that I deserved more than someone tolerating my presence. I deserved to be equal in a relationship instead of an assistant to some man. It took one date with you to see you were nothing like I had been told. It took one visit to Rollard’s to know you were a good man. It took one trip home to realize that you and I were something more.” That should be a good thing. Eggnog and Christmas carols. Mistletoe and family. Except my dad broke his leg hanging the family wreath. My brothers are at war over taking proper care of Dad. Oh, and I just found out our family business, the Kringle Inn is failing! Another time I gave into the hype! This was my first Morgan Elizabeth book and it was a good time. Legally Blonde holiday vibes, age gap romance with a heroine focused on revenge.

When I found out this book was a loosely based on legally blonde my interest was piqued. Then I found out Morgan bases her books off of Taylor Swift songs. and I was sold. Talk about combining two of my favorite things! ever. So I had to read it and I. Regret. Nothing. This was always more, Abigail. I don’t blame you for wanting revenge. If you had told me from the start, I would have agreed. Richard’s an ass. An ass who won’t have a job after the holidays.” Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard's law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the huge annual Christmas party as his date. What an adorable, fun and spicy read!! Honestly, this is another amazingly perfect holiday romance book!! 🎄☃️❄️🎄☃️❄️🤗🤗 Abbie Keller thought that Richard Bartholemew Benson the Third would be her forever. In their four years of dating, she never doubted that she wouldn’t end up with his grandmother’s engagement ring on her finger. Sure, she had to change a few things about herself to fit that mold, like dying her hair, dressing more conservatively, and finding golf enjoyable (honestly, the most difficult of the changes), but she was sure that at the end of it all, it would be worth it.Abbie Keller thought that Richard Bartholemew Benson the Third would be her forever. In their four years of dating, she never doubted that she wouldn’t end up with his grandmother’s engagement ring on her finger. Sure, she had to change a few things about herself to fit that mold, like dying her hair, dressing more conservatively, and finding golf enjoyable (honestly the most difficult of the changes), but she was sure that at the end of it all, it would be worth it. That is, until he leaves her crying outside her apartment wearing a Halloween costume, having broken it off with her because she’s just not serious enough. She was just fun, he tells her – and now that Richard has becoming a partner at his law firm in his sights, he needs to focus on work. So she does what every girl does when she’s broken up with: she calls her friends, gets drunk, dyes her hair, and formulates her plan for revenge. It just so happens that the universe supports her efforts and gives her the perfect match to prove to her ex that he made a huge mistake: his boss. Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard’s law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the huge annual Christmas party as his date. But when the relationship starts to become something more than casual dating and Abbie sees that the tough New York lawyer has a soft side, will she be able to follow through with her plan of deceit? Tis the Season for Revenge is a contemporary, grumpy sunshine, age-gap, Christmas romance. It is a full-length romance with a Happily Ever After that features sexually explicit material and profanity. This book is intended for 18+ Tis the Season for Revenge by Morgan Elizabeth – eBook Details Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard’s law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the huge annual Christmas party as his date. What’s the last thing you’d ever want your executive assistant to see you doing the morning after you had hot, drunk, angry sex with her in a terrible hotel room? Dancing around your terrible hotel room to “Come and Get Your Love” like Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy—naked? Yeah. Me too.

I really didn’t like her friend Camille? she just wanted this whole thing to go down to get closure for her fuxked up past which made me feel mixed things. Her other friend kat was alright. Abbie kept comparing everything Damien was doing with what Richard used to do and kept overthinking the worst-case scenarios and didn't allow herself to be HERSELF! The standards set by Richard were so engraved into her mind that even though she hated them, she hated herself more for following them. She was insecure, had no self-esteem, and felt bad because even though you do everything for the other person, 'YOU'RE NOT ENOUGH' for them. It gets super toxic that some days you sit and think that maybe it was you who did something wrong that they left you because.

if you are a legally blonde, rom com, age gap, banter, or rich hero lover, this is an absolute must read. Damien is a dream man. He falls for Abbie on their first date. He had no intentions to, just wanted some fun but he starts calling her his soulmate almost immediately 🥺 I love him. I want him. I need him.

I love Christmas! I love sparkly window decorations, heartwarming holiday movies, and themed coffee. We didn’t really see them outside of each other. Like I wanted to see more of Damien’s day as a lawyer kind of thing. And we get a brief glimpse of that in the end but not anything substantial. So she does what every girl does when she’s broken up with her: she calls her friends, gets drunk, dyes her hair, and formulates her plan for revenge. The universe supports her efforts and gives her the perfect match to prove to her ex that he made a huge mistake: his boss. Revenge is a dish best served cold… I never understood why that’s the saying. Especially when everything about this revenge was hot, hot hot!

This is a book that I know if I think about it too seriously, I’ll see and recognize many red flags. However, I chose to ignore them all for the sake of the holiday spirit and all. It’s a book that is not meant to be taken seriously and I just think that there’s a charm in that. Overall, this is a pretty good Christmas read and one that will make you swoon with the sweetness and hot with the spice. It was never about extravagance. It was about feeling like an equal. Feeling cherished. Feeling appreciated." was the sweetest, most adoring character ever. His little ways of showing his affection gave me this insane amount of butterflies. And Oof this guy has some serious dirty talk… damn boi. The way he helped her heal was so frigging beautiful and ugh I just love him sm.I need to pull it together before I do the dumbest, most unprofessional thing—fall head over heels in love with the only assistant who’s lasted more than a month at the job and claims to hate me and my moods more than she hates eggnog. me gusto que no hubo un third act breakup!!!!!! hablaron y solucionaron las cosas al toque, LOVE THAT FOR MEEEEEEEEE Baby” - 66 - yes he called her baby 66 times, including at least three times on the first date. My personal hell. He also likes country music so maybe this was a clever homage to the Cars classic, Route 66. For the rom-com lovers out there (and let’s face it, who isn’t?), ‘tis the season for Christmas Romances. If you are in the market for Holiday Romances to complement your Hallmark TV watching, then we have a list for you. It was a very realistic, NON-REALISTIC book I've read lol 🤡 Some aspects of this book were very relatable, and this book was a perfect balance between cheesy romance and the sad, brutal truth of life! I have a really big rant coming on a serious topic though...
