Homemade jammie dodger biscuits based on the classic biscuit. Soft, sweet & crunchy biscuit filled with your favourite flavour jams! You can keep bringing the dough together and re-rolling and cutting out until all of the dough is used up! Make sure to chill the biscuits again if you are not baking straight away – and for example if only a few trays fit in your oven at a time.

The promotional distribution period begins at 00.01 on 22 nd June 2022 and closes at 23.59 on 12 th July 2022 (the ‘Promotional Period’). Remove the tray from the oven and straight away carefully use the same cutters to re-trim the biscuit outlines and heart shapes. When done, leave the biscuits to cool completely. How to Assemble Jammie Dodgers Gently heat the jam in a small pan, then whisk in the softened gelatine until dissolved. Leave to cool.

Turn over the whole heart shapes so that the smooth part is on the outside. Add ½ teaspoon of apricot jam in the centre and carefully spread towards the outside edge of the biscuit. Leave a gap to allow for further spreading when you add the top biscuit. Preheat the oven to 160deg fan assisted. Have ready a baking tray lined with a silicone baking sheet or baking parchment.
