We recommend starting with a snow foam like Polar Blast to gently loosen dirt, and follow with Polar Wash to remove any dirt or contamination on your paintwork.
Thoroughly rinse and dry your car to reveal a high-gloss finish that is protected with a hydrophobic coating. The car must be dried with a cloth and not allowed to air dry as water spotting may occur. Use Autoglym’s Clean Wheels to shift those stubborn baked-on deposits! Made to be tough on grime yet kind on the alloy itself, Clean Wheels is safe to use on lacquered alloys, painted and plastic wheel trims. Polar Seal is a durable hydrophobic coating. However, it does not offer the same long-term protection as Ultra High Definition Wax or Extra Gloss Protection. Should I agitate the foam once I have applied Polar Seal?No, it is not necessary. The vehicle should be clean before applying Polar Seal, ideally with Polar Blast and Polar Wash. Polar Seal should be sprayed over all exterior surfaces apart from the windscreen and then rinsed off immediately. There is no benefit to building layers of Polar Seal. We would only recommend reapplication once water beading has ceased. We certainly do not recommend application more than once a month. Don’t assume that once your wheels look clean, then the job’s done, Autoglym recommends adding a Tyre Dressing to completely transform the sidewalls of your tyres. We would strongly recommend not using more than 40ml Polar Seal and 200ml water. Over use may cause white spotting and significantly compromise the effectiveness of Polar Seal. Using more product will not improve the depth of shine or increase its durability. Why is it not recommended to use on the windscreen? Spray Polar Wash onto the vehicle, starting at the bottom, ensuring all exterior surfaces are covered, including glass and wheels.
Do let the contours of your car guide you on which way to wash. Try not to wash in circles and avoid those cobweb-like scratches! It is a coating designed specifically for use in a pressure washer. It is the coating element (third and final stage) of the three-stage Polar range process. It is preceded by the prewash – Polar Blast and shampoo – Polar Wash. Is Polar Seal wax safe? Ive used demon shine in the past and was very cheap and worked very well help dry the car and add some shine However i only used it via the original spray bottle so it hurt my hand haha after going over the whole car with it...but i didnt think of applying it via foam lance to be honest..

Polar Blast is used as a pre wash snow foam and produces a highly dense foam blanket to your vehicle to help maximise cling time and loosen dirt. Don’t forget to hose down your car for a final time when you’ve done all your soaping and rinsing, this will budge those last little bits of dirt and dust that gather in those hidden spots. Wheels Following Autoglym's instructions to the letter will also give you 25 washes from this bottle, not a bad value for the price of the bottle. It's worth noting that in this price range there are several excellent five-litre snow foams for sale that'll do roughly the same job. Bilt Hamber Auto Foam is a good example of this. That's not to say that Polar Blast is bad value for money, it's just worth remembering that you can get more for your money.Polar Seal is wax safe and we would recommend that if there is wax on the paintwork that Polar Seal is used as a top up. There is no need to remove the wax or other protection before applying Polar Seal. Is Polar Seal pH Neutral? Windows are not much use if you can’t see out of them!
