Cammy is based on the Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger helmet with Ken getting his from the Red Ranger but the designers at Hasbro have gone from those bases to really add a number of details from these classic characters into a special morphed look. These are Megazords that exist in alternate or expanded versions of the main canon, or in past/future points in time of the main canon. The sequence near the beginning where the (unmorphed) Rangers see the Zords in the hangar is original footage. In Go-Busters, each of the Zords were kept in their own separate hangar (scenes that are later used in this and future episodes). The entire sequence in Part 1 of the Mega Winger fighting off velocifighters was filmed for In Space, save for a few Megaranger shots of it forming and flying. The Astro Megaship Mark II is the successor of the Astro Megaship, created in the shipyards of KO-35. For Tommy Oliver's mission to stop General Venjix from unearthing Serpentera, Andros introduced the Astro Megaship Mark II, which was reportedly "fresh off the construction yards of KO-35" and is reportedly the fastest spaceship in the galaxy. This Megaship serves to transport the Red Rangers to the moon, and it is also where the Veteran Red Rangers are briefed. The Alpha robot present on board is Alpha 7; the rebuilt Alpha 5 since Alpha 6 is still living on Mirinoi. The Astro Megaship Mark II was constructed and commanded by Andros as part of an assault on the Machine Empire's remaining generals. It was on that Megaship that Tommy and the other Red Rangers meet for their mission on the Moon, to stop the Machine Empire and Serpentera. The fight between the Beast-X Ultrazord and Evox was made by Hasbro. Messiah Cell only fought the Go-Busters themselves in the corresponding Go-Busters episode (under a blue sky to boot). Throughout the season, the Galactabeasts are seen interacting with the unmorphed Rangers, necessitating new footage (although some shots were made by compositing the Lost Galaxy characters over Gingaman footage). They are also introduced in the show being captured, something their counterparts didn't face. Also, the Galaxy Rangers make use of the Astro Megaship, something never used by the Gingamen and once again doing more space travel than Galaxy Mega. Footage of the Zords was made for Dr. K's computer screen. In addition, the Falcon Chopper was seen being flown in a footage that wasn't of Engine Toripter.
