About this deal

For any musician at any level, this is in my opinion, an essential piece of equipment that everyone should own. Great price for the tone and volume help it provides. Accessory Coverage: Any peripheral devices or accessories that come with your product (i.e. foot pedal, case) are also covered. Really happy with this great tool from JHS. I have a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe that is way too loud for home use or even playing in my band at church. I typically can't turn the master volume on the clean channel past two and have to keep the output of my overdrive pedal at 1-2. The result is a weak tone. Please note that this extended warranty is currently only available on products sold within the UK, EU or EEA, and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the extended warranty certificate provided.

If an item can not be repaired, a similar alternative product or cash discount (as defined in this policy) will be offered I wish I knew about the JHS LBAB before this- it is an excellent (cheap) solution to THE problem. Thanks JHS for being awesome! Before with my Fender Princeton, In my basement I had to *very* carefully turn it to "1", and any more than that would give me a new hair-doo. To adjust it… I had to practically use a micrometer… and, .9 would be too soft, and 1.1 would be way too loud. Drove me crazier. Even in small clubs I couldn't turn it much past "2". You should get an instant answer on whether your application has been successful, though in some rare cases Klarna or V12 may need to look at the application in more detail. I've patched this into the rear FX Loop of my Marshall alongside a cheap but effective Donner Noise Killer and my EarthQuaker Devices delay/reverb - Dispatch Master and it works perfectly!

Furthermore, I like pushing the amps volumes up (between 40-70%) to really saturate the tubes and get out of this amp what is was designed for. But, unless I played in a different room entirely, none of this was possible... I need to get my volume up to around 5 or 6 on most of my tube amps to hit that sweet spot. In a regular old house, most of the family and neighbors don't really approve (and telling them "if it's too loud, you're too old" didn't fly). So this little guy thrown into the effects loop as a "master volume" for your master volume is the perfect solution. This is for all the tube amp lovers who can't play LOUD for whatever reason, but NEED to crank the amp to hit those sweet spots.

If you are interested in receiving this coverage for longer than one year, you have the option of purchasing additional years of the Performance Warranty. The pricing is as follows:

I did notice a bit of degradation in the high-end of the tone spectrum, but that's nothing that EQ controls can't fix. No ill effects with the rest of the pedals in the FX loop either (you will need to make sure that your amp's loop is a SERIAL loop, not PARALLEL to avoid those types of issues). NEW products: 4% of the current new selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4% for each additional year. USED products: 4% of the current new selling price to increase the warranty from 3 months to 1 year. 4% for each additional year. I hate running in Triode mode (power cut in half). I just can't get the true Marshall tones with the legs cut off. On the solid state that doesn"t have an effects loop and is blaring loud at volume level one...I use this after my pedal board signal, in front of the amp. This allows more control with the levels and overall better tone/result.JHS Pedals has evolved from a one man, bedroom operation, to a world recognised boutique effects pedal company.
