About this deal

The OXVA Xlim C has an incredibly minimal interface, with nought but a button to access its functionality. This delivery option is not available for customers in Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Aberdeenshire. International I mainly used my own e-liquid mix which is 50/50 PG/VG made from IVG Bubblegum Concentrate at 20% ratio. This is quite high a flavour ratio as I prefer plenty of flavour, but sadly this means it can be a coil killer sometimes.

This is where a big change has happened – you can remove and replace the coils – which for me is excellent as it saves waste (you discard the coil instead of the whole pod). Xlim pods – L-R: V2 fixed coil pod, Xlim C removable coil pod The 0.6 Ohm RDTL version creates the most vapour and can be used at 18 - 22W; the 0.8 Ohm MTL coil works with an output of 13 - 17W; and 8 - 12W is the ideal range for the 1.2 Ohm MTL coil, which produces the smallest amount of vapour. No matter which of these coils you prefer, we’d suggest using an e-liquid with a 50/50 or high PG concentration for best results. This performed excellently with a super fast firing regardless of using the auto draw or fire button. There can be no doubt that the most important thing for a vape kit, particularly a pod device like this, is it’s flavour production. With the rise of disposables and the incredible flavour they produce, pod devices need to be able to match this. Does the Xlim C do this? Yes, absolutely it does. The mesh coils that OXVA use are something of wizardry, they perfectly replicate that disposable flavour and the Xlim C is on par with the Xlim SE in this regard. We would recommend if you are trying to achieve that disposable flavour, to use a high quality juice like Elfliq (made by Elf Bar) or Bar Juice 5000 which both contain disposable flavours. How long do the OXVA Xlim C coils last? I tested the listed specs, and for the charge rate I got a max of 1.5A. If I were to rate it, I’d call it 1.5A, so I do consider it a little overrated there. I know most companies round up, but that’s a little too far for my liking—most that get rounded up to 2A are at least around 1.6A. For charge time, it’s 40 minutes, so it’s really good there—most pods charge in 30-60 mins depending on the battery size, so the charge rate is really good. Shop the OXVA XLIM C Replacement Coils, offering a 0.6ohm and 0.8ohm option that will deliver satisfying clouds of vapor from your favorite eJuice.

The front of the device has the OXVA logo and the rear is totally plain. A nice paint gradient effect gives this a glow and it has a metallic finish. Are "Puff Counts" Accurate? - An honest guide to disposable vape puff counts, explaining how they're measured and whether they're accurate.Eco-conscious and financially-strapped vapers will appreciate the C for its combined practicality and beginner-friendly features. Plus, the device is ultra-portable and comes with an attachable fabric lanyard. I used 50/50 20-24 mg nicotine salt juices with these coils, and the flavor was great for a pod system. The coils performed at a pretty similar level. The 0.6-ohm coil did seem to produce more clouds, but I felt that the 0.8-ohm coil was actually a little better for flavor and better suited for the device. But really, you can’t go wrong with either.
