Resin Bound Training Course A comprehensive one-day program to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to install resin bound surfaces effectively. Easihold provides a protective sheen, but doesn't create a wet look. It would be more described as a matt / silk sheen. After thoroughly mixing, mask off edges that need to be protected and before pouring the resin. The resin is then poured in a series of lines and then spread evenly over the prepared surface using a serrated squeegee. Our resin-bound products are market-leading with incredible strength and are available in a variety of colours. Resin bound surfacing is recommended for areas that take heavy loads such as driveways and pathways or garden furniture areas.

Clear Resin Gravel Binder (5kg) Approx. 3m2 coverage

Fill your application can — You can rely on a can (we recommend using drop cloths or tarps to keep other surfaces free from splashing), our applicator attachment for 5-gallon containers, or our pump and wand for major projects. Stir the resin and hardenerindividually and then combine the resin and hardener and mix for 3-5 minutes using an electric drill and mixing paddle, or wide bladed tool. Ensure you work around the sides and base so all liquid is incorporated to ensure thorough and complete mixing.

Clear will cost you a few extra dollars, but many clients are more than okay with this, considering the original color of the stones is retained. Clear binder will also protect the surface from ultraviolet rays, whereas amber will not.
