The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect Microchip Automatic Dog & Cat Feeder accurately records how much your furry friend eats every day. Connect with family and friends: Share access to the app with friends and family, which is ideal for pet sitters and day-to-day care. The theory of the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is sound, but in practice there are a few awkward niggles to work through. The positioning of that halo means pouring dry food directly into the bowl is almost impossible; you'll either need to scoop it or pull out the bowl to fill it, the latter option of which doesn't make an awful lot of sense if you're trying to use the built in scales. Once all is running, the Microchip Pet Feeder is brilliant. You set the weight of food you need for each bowl in the app, and the lights beneath each one will fill up as you top it up with food, turning red if you go over the limit. As the scales get lighter, the feeder can determine how much food your pet has eaten and will update you with notifications as seen below: You can begin training mode by pressing the FN button on the feeder. It will flash orange. At this point, the lid will remain open. This part of the training process is just to introduce the feeder to your pet.

SureFlap® Microchip Pet Door Connect

There are a few problems with the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect. The first and most important is that sensitive cats and dogs will struggle with the sudden movement of the lid. Although this feeder is excellent for most cats and small dogs around 10 to 15 pounds, it can't be used with larger pets.
