If you require formal confirmation that your proposal does not require planning permission, please submit a Lawful Development Certificate application. A much more flexible tool is a printable planner template that works for all: students, teachers, busy moms and professionals. The recipients of formal notices in most cases enjoy a right of appeal and the Council must always be able to demonstrate that it has acted reasonably and in accordance with the development plan.Most planning applications are decided within eight weeks, unless they are unusually large or complex (major) - in which case the time limit is 13 weeks.
