The Vaporesso Target 100 is another great addition to Vaporesso’s incredible Target line of mods. It takes a single 21700, 20700 or 18650 battery to function and will fire at up to 100W. The ultra compact form factor makes it one of the smallest single battery mods around so it’s super portable and easy to take on the go. It also features water resistant braiding for protection against splashes. This is a small mod so don’t expect large atomizers to fit without overhang. Atomizers up to 24mm in diameter fit nicely and sit flush on the top of the mod. The 510 pin is nice and springy, with a good amount of throw. I tested the water rating of the Geekvape M100 using my bathtub. I filled the tub up and then dropped the M100 into the water. I let it sit underwater, turned on, for 20 minutes before removing it. I then dried it off, attached a tank, and took a drag. The M100 continued to function fine, as if it had never been submerged in the first place. This testing was done a few days ago and it is still working flawlessly up to this point. The Geekvape L200 is a true powerhouse that is capable of firing at up to 200W in power mode and takes dual 18650 batteries to function. Plus, the Geekvape chip is also capable of Temperature Control mode and TCR for a full set of modes.
Price: Not all box mods are built alike and if you want to get some of the more exotic resin or wood finishes, be prepared to shell out a little extra. Additionally, mods that use the DNA chipset are likely to be more expensive but will deliver great performance. There are great box mods out there for every price point, depending on what you want. To put it simply, temperature control mode allows you to preset a value in Celsius or Fahrenheit that your coil temperature will not exceed. The result is a vaping experience that is free of dry hits, as your mod will monitor your coil temperature and adjust or cut off power so that your coil remains at the set temperature. Learn more in our guide to temperature control mode . The M100 has an IP68 rating. This means that it is dust-tight, and can survive being submerged in water up to 1.5m deep for up to 30 minutes. While I don’t think anyone is going to be going for a dive with their M100, this IP68 rating is a good reassurance that you can go to the beach with it, or drop it in a pool of water, and it will live to vape another day. The ARMOUR S can fire at up to 100W and features F(t), Pulse, ECO, and TC modes. F(t) and Pulse are VAPORESSO’s signature wattage modes which make micro-adjustments to the draw or pulse the wattage. These modes vape just like your regular wattage modes on other vape mods, only they help to deliver smoother and better draws. However, if you’re after a ‘regular’ wattage mode, you can always use the “ECO” mode. Never use a battery that has been clearly damaged or is leaking. It should be discarded immediately in an appropriate way.
