The resolution indicates the size of image that is captured by the camera, the larger the image the clearer the image will appear. As of a more recent update, Y-Cam Evo cameras can now be integrated into the system; when an alarm is triggered, the cameras are set to start recording for up to 15 minutes, or until the siren is deactivated. This requires a Plus subscription. You can disable motion control for specific days or hours of the day if you don’t want the camera to record every morning you leave for work. The camera and mount together are light, so the supplied screws are more than adequate.
