About this deal

I think this dvd would be good for people that have a little stamina to begin with, or used to exercising. Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby tells you how to avoid falling off the workout wagon and stick to your diet. It helps me keep motivated and seeing old pictures of how I looked before I lost weight inspires me to keep the weight off. Charlotte and Richard use weighted gloves, (I purchased some from Tk Maxx to intensify my workout) which you don’t have to use but can do for added resistance to your workout. I am so excited to create a community within Blitz ‘N’ Burn where we can all help each other stay on track, we will inspire each other whilst also having lots of fun!

Once you have it it’s obviously simple (in a hardway) to do but none the less a show through would be handy. If you loved the 3 Minute Belly Blitz this is great to give you something new to get you working out. I lost a dress size last year but over the last few months I have put on half a stone so I am counting on you Charlotte to sort me out with the exercise and I’ll attempt something with the food side of life. Keeping hold of your water bottles to work your upper back you are squatting with your bum out with rowing and flying. I am a big fan of Geordie Shore and I follow a number of the cast on Snapchat so I was well aware that Charlotte had released a workout DVD as she regularly snaps herself working out to it.

I enjoy going to the gym and doing cardio workouts, but I prefer the convenience of working out from home. I have a few of Davina's DVDs but this is the best one I've ever done, and I don't find it gets boring either somehow despite doing it regularly.

I lost a lot of weight due to being poorly when I was diagnosed with epilepsy, I struggled coping with it and coming to terms with the huge lifestyle changed so my weight really dropped. We are told at the start to follow David for easier options but we aren’t actually shown the moves, for me I believe this could of done with a show through because I spent the first round getting my head around what I needed to do. If you’re worried about it being purely crunches… that’s not the case, you’ll be working your obliques and core really hard.
