About this deal
Seeing Jason Bell in all his unhinged glory was amazing and especially how Pip’s reaction to it was completely what you would expect from someone in that situation.
The nice, extremely intelligent Pippa Fitz-Amobi that I admired, related to and ABSOLUTELY ADORED as a character, MURDERED SOMEONE AND FRAMED SOMEONE ELSE FOR IT!
Then we mercifully get into the core mystery of this book, but that's wrapped up pretty quickly by the end of Part I. I’m trying to avoid spoiling any of these novels here, but it is the violent death at the end of that novel that is haunting her. All casting and performances were mostly convincing, and it was great to see Mandylor and Berenger do their thing. Nevertheless, since it burst on the scene two years ago, the A Good Girl's Guide to Murder series has been one of my favourites and one that I would cherish for a long time.
Long story short, Pip finds out the identity of the actual murderer, when he manages to abduct her and plans to make her his sixth victim.Ravi and Pip discover a link that connects her stalker to a serial killer convicted six years ago and still serving his time in prison. I read the first book a while back, so there might have been something planted, but in the third book there wasn’t.
Last time, Pip had been the kind of someone who outdid the police in cracking murder and missing person cases.
he also had this mindset that everyone needed to listen to him and when they didn’t, he felt the need to kill them which i just hated.
