Versatile – use on pavements, roofs, artificial sports pitches, walls, buildings and artificial tennis courts. MMC-Pro contains didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, a quaternary ammonium compound which helps to remove algae, mould, and other single-celled organisms from hard surfaces by disruption of the cell membranes. Brintons MMC PRO ® is a high-performance broad spectrum anti-bacterial disinfectant, fungicide, algaecide and detergent. MMC-Pro is a broad-spectrum hard surface cleaner which will control mould and algae on all outdoor hard surfaces. Any dead growth that has not been removed by the elements can be lightly brushed away 2-4 months after treatment.

In comparison, pressure-washing is time-consuming, labour-intensive, and abrasive – and it often accelerates the growth on surfaces that are prone to problematic mould and algae. All pets and people not wearing protective clothing should be kept off MMC Pro treated areas until the product has completely dried.
