DVS Progressive Safe System Starting October 28, 2024, HGVs weighing over 12 tons with a DVS star rating of 0-2 are required to install a Progressive Safe System (PSS) when traversing Greater London. To fit the top dash rail simply place the dash rail in place and fit the three bolts (one either side and one in the middle - you will have to remove the ash tray to get at the middle bolt).
