About this deal

The button layout and menu system of the 9750GII is almost identical to the 9860GII, and that’s a good thing.

Features icon menu system, data communications with PC and calculators, matrix/vector, metric conversions, 21 character x 8 line display and user memory. You can't plot functions directly expressed in both x and y; they must expressed only in terms of one variable.

You just have to enter the graphing app and then you will be able to enter functions in a list and then press [F6] for draw and your lines will be graphed.

There are calculators like the TI NSpire CX CAS, that leave it for dead in terms of capability, but CAS calculators are banned for GCSE, most A-Levels, and also by a lot of universities as well. Read more Taking everything into account: ease of use, features, build quality, display clarity, suitability for school/college use, nothing else comes near. The newer model uses a SH4a CPU, has a white case shell, with a deep blue keyboard surround, and is informally known as the fx-9750GII-2. Several improvements have been made since the release of the original fx-9750G and the fx-9750G+, as it now has 62 kb of usable memory instead of 28 kb, and has had two major revisions.

If that's not enough, you upgraded the operating system to give it a natural display, spreadsheet, document facility and the ability to take powerful add on apps (free of charge) which give it CAS facilities. The fx-9750GII graphs lines about twice as fast as the TI-84 Plus CE (Texas Instruments’ newest TI-84 calculator). Its raison d'etre is to get you through the exam with flying colours, and in this respect, it excels. You’ll find simple easy to use apps for things like lists, graphing, tables, conic sections, and a handful more.

Upon closer inspection, however, there are some other significant differences to be found between them which I will highlight in this review. The Casio fx-9750GII has one of the most capable programming interfaces of most graphing calculators. Incredibly easy to use: just think about where you'd expect the facility to be and how you'd expect to use it, and there it is! The fx9750gii was launched over 11 years ago, and almost from 'day 1' owners have complained about the lack of a natural display as standard, and have resorted to upgrading the operating to the fx9860gii, by ROM flashing. I would like to ask you if it would be possible to create parametric matrices on the Casio fx-9750GII graphing calculator, that is, to have matrices whose elements are a function of parameters and always have the results with the parameters. Most Casio calculators are pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the fx-9750GII is no exception.
