About this deal

Koo-di’s stylish pop-up travel bassinette is an ideal accessory for any parent who intends to travel with a new baby. As we spent most ouf our time travelling through SE Asia when using it, we were so happy it had a moquito net! The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. Would definately recommend this product, will look forward to making full use of it when taking our baby on days out and visiting family etc. There are so many baby items on the market that market themselves as ‘travel friendly’, but in reality they are heavy and bulky and if you were to take them all with you on your trips you’d need a small van to transport them all!

The koo-di, however, is true to its’ word- it really is lightweight, compact and easily transportable. You don’t want to have to spend ages either side of your trip assembling and packing everything up to leave. Complete with integrated zip up black out / sun blind which blocks up to 93% of all harmful UVA and UVB rays. Overall: When we went to Bali, the resort we were staying in wasn’t very baby friendly and hence didn’t have a travel cot. Bought this for our little one to nap in during the day when we took her to Thailand on holiday at 2.A carpeted surface would be advised for your baby’s comfort, as well as that of your knees, as the mattress isn’t particularly thick. Funky and fun, Koo-Di not only provides solutions which often pose the question: ‘why didn’t I think of that?

We used this travelling with our 8 month old, she’s was a premie so small for her age and not sitting herself up independently. The cot also features a unique integrated mosquito net to protect your little one from any nasty bug bites or other insects this coupled with a detachable canopy make this the perfect travel companion, especially when travelling abroad. Life with babies and toddlers can be pretty hectic at the best of times and Koo-di’s clever products simply make things easier for busy mums and dads, once you’ve discovered Koo-di’s innovative and amazingly practical solutions, you will wonder how you ever managed to survive without them. We used it for day time naps so little lady would be ‘ok’ with it when we were tripping through Asia.I find it very reassuring to have it with us especially if we don’t know wether the accommodation we booked will be able to provide a crib, as I would be worried to make our baby sleep in the bed with us (we use a co-sleeper at home).

This is our first summer attempting to squeeze a family of five into a confined space, and we are sure that this cot will be invaluable to us this year. The Koo-di pop-up travel cot is a great choice for travellers whether camping, staying somewhere over night, or heading further afield. I felt mega excited to find it, pondered a bit and then I bought one as there really did not seem to be anything better on the market.

It takes moments to assemble and with a bit of practice, moments to collapse and fold away into a tiny carry bag. Folding up into a neat carry bag that weighs less than 3kg means the Koo-di Travel Pop-Up Bubble Cot is an excellent choice for - surprise, surprise - travelling! We love to share inspiration for family friendly UK days out, campervan road trips and our favourite family friendly campsites. The only thing I’m not sure is wether we’ll be able to use it until our baby is 6 months old or not. However, this means that you can’t tuck her in tight as the blankets have to go over these ‘lips’ on the mattress, too.We arrived late on the Friday evening, and as the yurts do not have electricity we didn’t have much time to set everything up for the night before we lost the light. If you’re looking for a suitable alternative for a crib or a cot for grandparents or regular sitters, a more traditional travel cot would be more practical. One thing I did like was the breathable zip up cover, our baby seemed to feel very cosy and secure when that was on. The cot comes in a compact carry bag and once folded it is small and relatively flat – I would say it would easily fit into a larger bag or suitcase. Getting it back into its bag can take a bit of doing: can a bit like trying to put a jumper on an octopus.
