The fragrance is nothing special, I bought it because is though it would be a boozy ch men, ch men has a wonderful leather scent and well, this is a flanker of that so , I thought it would be similar but no. CH Men Privé is warm and luxurious, with hints of whiskey and leather, provocative, modern and rich. The CH Men Privé man has an irresistible charm and knows how to make an impression from the very first moment.

I just think that this is a very good blend, the skill in producing this is very evident but the result is excellent mediocrity.PS the heat of your body rises upwards and launches the scent out from the top of your head like a fragrant rhino horn/ fragrant cannon.

It was developed by Camille Latron, a perfumer for Puig who has worked on multiple different Carolina Herrera perfumes including 212 VIP.The woody notes can be described as a generic wood, not dark or fresh, but an accord closer to blond fine woods. Due to this reformulation (i'm assuming because of company greed), I'm averaging my rating from LIKE to an OK. A slightly bitter citrus juice is also notorious and involves the alcoholic issue of the fragrance, I feel a pleasant sensation of a niche perfume when opening it. The top notes may mellow after a few hours but the base notes linger on your skin for the entire day.

I think this cologne best suits bar/lounge type of enviroment and will do you wonders on a date night.For alcohol scents I would rather recommend Pure Malt by Thierry Mugler or Jazz Club by Maison Margiela, because they offer better performance and are a little less sweet in the process. I grew really fond to it because of the crazy memories that I have while wearing this and I might be biased cause of this, but to date I truly believe this is one of the sexiest fragrances that have ever been created, a master piece in the designer sector. And because scents reveal your essence, you'll receive recommendations that fit your olfactory personality like a glove. CH Men Prive is balanced very well and it’s a lot of fun to wear but I think you have to be the right type of person to truly pull it off since it’s a darker fragrance.

The synthetic opening I mentioned above is essentially this pomelo on the top of bitter grapefruit, once you get past that the quality of lavender and subtle leather is actually really good. Unfortunately after I got COVID I never completely recovered and some fragrances give me a “dirty old wet rag” smell which completely ruins them, and this was one of the victims (others that come to mind afe Paco Rabanne Invictus, Dior Sauvage, the Valentino Uomo line, etc. Released in 2015, CH Men Privé was quickly lauded by several high-profile members of the YouTube community and has garnered a cult following. As it dries down it becomes more aggressive, it becomes Oriental spicy in my nostrils that projects about 6 strokes intensely.The boozy openning blends very well with the leather and the sweetness of the base notes as well as with cardamon and lavender, but it's heart and drydown are sweeter than I'd like with a very generic and overly sweet tonka bean-benzoin accord. It's most def a fragrance to own for them date nights or if u feeling to smell mighty sexy in the cold night times out. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. I remember how good I thought the fragrance was, it led a little feminine but I think it was more manly.
