The spirit isn't a million miles from its cousin, but Aperol is less bitter, has a lower alcohol content and a lighter colour. for a 1l bottle, this is the cheapest option we tasted and is a fraction of the cost of the original Pimm's. The smallest bottle we tasted (35cl bottle, 15% vol) it has a lovely deep colour but it is costly compared to the other options.
