At the time I thought it was great, being able to mingle with anyone, but I didn’t know the damage it was doing to my own self-worth. After seeing Adam’s insta page I knew this would be a book I’d read again and again and it didn’t disappoint lots of curse words and lots of spiritual things inside which I’d used myself and put myself into it as the person in the book. As the popularity of Savage Wisdom grew, I dedicated an entire collection for my brand, Just Aura, to the name.

I shook my head, I cried, there were epiphanies, I said "I knew it, I'm really not crazy", felt sad, felt relieved, laughed a bit in a "no shit" tone. It resonates and because of that it sticks and you are practicing it without having to think about it.

Right from the start its so gripping, making you question your ways of thinking, your behaviours and most importantly how you view yourself and the world. As a society in the modern world, we get so caught up in everything being “perfect” that we lose sight of what is actually real. Author and spiritual badass Adam Cam powerfully narrates the audiobook himself, taking you on a journey of self-discovery and new life perspectives. My favourite piece is’ the more you walk away from things that clutter your head, hurt your heart,and drain your vibe….

So I dedicated every spare moment to studying and every spare penny to investing in mentors, courses, and books.

It really opened my eyes to what I had been found a lot and after reading it I found myself questioning the ‘why’s’. blah blah had left me rediscovering myself and healing from past traumas and crikey (yeah that's a word we don't use anymore but I'm trying to be polite) was I fed up with the pity party advice,quotes and inspirational poop that just kept the mind on a negative plane.You are a long time dead, we have one life- live your best version and be around people who love and appreciate you, but also keep you honest. It's very in line with my own internal dialogue: harsh, rough around the edges, but honest, inspiring, and supportive of growth and self-care. You’re either in our tribe, or you’re not, but everyone in our community loves this, too, because they’re all like-minded people and vibe well together.
