As other reviewers have mentioned the instruction manual has been rather badly translated but It's pretty easy to work out what everything does, and I was able to create a custom training program and start running within about 1/2 an hour of unpacking the treadmill. It took 2 fairly strong people to lift it up the stairs step by step and slide it along the hallway to the gym room. It has a pedometer and calorie burner meter, don't know how accurate it is but I am not that bothered as I want to lower my Blood Pressure.

I took it upto 15 km/hr which is about as fast as I can comfortably run and about a 15 degree incline.Simple to use and has a safety cord that clips to your clothing, and switches the product off if you fall off.

after reading all of the reviews I decided to purchase this treadmill and I can warrant all the positive comments.They say it's sturdy, runs smoothly, provides a decent run at all speeds, and is quiet in operation. Depending on my future living situation, I would now have no reason to select a different manufacturer of such a product from the positive experience I have had.
