About this deal

I can see a woman/man (as the scent is unisex imo) with a bolder, bigger personality wearing and enjoying it.

I disagree with the reviews that describe this as smelling cheap or chemical-ish, but I'm not a huge fan because of that vetiver. My best friend and brother didn’t like it they said I smelled like a grandma and he said it smelled too strong lol but I oversprayed. My bottle of that was from 2002 so maybe the new formulation of Mademoiselle is like this but it’s nothing like that bottle I have which is rich, feminine and beautiful. With the ability to opt for Coco Mademoiselle, I *still* chose this one instead because I prefer the superior performance. After two wearings, my wife didn't want to have it anymore, so she gave it to me so I could try to trade something for it.

I can smell this perfume across the room, it´s such a beast and a couple of sprays would do wonders. The first spray opens with dark spicy rose, patchouli, unsweetened vanilla, saffron, and a wood I couldn’t quite identify. This is what I thought right after i sprayed it and my opinion remained the same after so many times trying it again. CdN also has a distinct powdery amber note making the fragrance lean more feminine, which makes sense since Armaf has marketed this fragrance as being for women. I initially meet this beautiful jammy rose accord (that almost translates to a black cherry-like note) that is then immediately darkened by the patchouli and oud notes.I do smell the powdery effect but other than that all I get is a citrusy smell like an old perfume almost gone bad. It's a nice scent for me and I wear it a lot, possibly because I have to keep reapplying it so much!

To my nose, I get musk lollies mixed with Mor Marshmallow and a dash of Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely in the dry down. Both of my Club de Nuits are newer batches which may need to macerate and/or may not last as long as some other wearers report.

com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. I get why people praise for Chanel, because it smells great quality, but something in Coco Mademoiselle doesn't work for me in the long term, feels even a little harsh with time.

I don’t know if my nose got used to it, I now feel a softness in the dry down that I didn’t understand or notice before. When I first tested this on my skin, I treated it like other fragrances - I spritzed it very closely on my target area. I'm not good at deciphering notes but I'm guessing it's the oud, vanilla, amber and maybe saffron and patchouli. This perfume is definitely in the same vein as Chanel coco mademoiselle and shares a lot of the same notes.
