Prior to application of Bona Mega shake well container and always test on a dry surface for a product suitability. Bona Mega is an oxygen-crosslinking polyurethane finish, ideal for heavy domestic and light commercial areas, offering superb protection against spills. Allow 1 to 2 hours drying time per coat and anticipate drying time will increase with every coat applied.

Note: If the previous layer of lacquer has been allowed more than 24 hours drying time then an intermediate sanding is always required. Where a longer drying time is required due to high temperature and/or low humidity, Bona Retarder can be added to the varnish to increase the 'open time' of the product. If necessary make an intermediate sanding using a screen or the Bona Scrad System grit P150 (or finer) and remove dust before applying the final layer of lacquer. Dry environment and higher temperature may require an increased 'open time' of the lacquer, which can be achieved with adding Bona Retarder to finish. No mixing is needed as Bona Mega can be used straight from the bottle to protect flooring, making it the go to choice for theatre stages and other wooden floors.Provides long-lasting protection for wooden floors in domestic and medium wear commercial environments.
