I applied it to my edges because I have spent most of this year recovering from postpartum hair shedding and my hair-line was the worst affected especially at the nape of my head. I used T444Z for about two months on my scalp as well, especially when my hair was in twists because then I could access it more easily. As per the instructions I got from the hair consultant who spoke to me at the event I needed to apply it twice a week because I have dandruff battles going on on my scalp. Which I did. Otherwise, once a week would be adequate for someone who has no issues but just wants their hair to grow longer and healthier. Apply T444Z using your fingers to the scalp and massaging it thoroughly to ensure even distribution to the whole head. (NB.Hair grows inside the scalp so applying any cream onto the hair does not help its growth). Useful Tips Dry your hair completely with a towel until no dampness is left, avoid using a blow dryer (it means leaving your hair for some time until it is dry). Yes I would use T444Z again. It gave me a healthier scalp and it is a thumbs up from me. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it 8 I had both the T444Z Shampoo and Conditioner but I ran out of the Shampoo some weeks ago and forgot to take a picture, so I will tell you all about that Detox Shampoo another day.
