My son has really enjoyed putting these lego items together but unfortunately there were a few pieces missing but he,managed to find substitute lego from his other sets.

And why don't they list this as "this set is not an Advent Calendar," like they do with the Lego 40222 Countdown 24 x Mini-Builds? Like last year, there is a variety of models and many of them can be used other times of the year, not just at Christmas. The laughter and faux outrage I enjoy while recounting this Christmas dumpster fire will surely outlast my kids' memories of most of their real advent calendars, so that's something.
