As infantry, they are slightly undercosted IMO, compared to Chaos Warriors/Chosen, but not by an earthshaking amount...45 per model would have seemed more appropriate but whatever. It's chaos, and the end times, so GW is gonna have a hard-on for WoC and DoC. I'd be happier if they could not take standards and musicians for the current cost. Command traits, artefacts and spell lores are divided by those available to Mortals and those for Daemons. A notable command trait for Daemons is Nurgling Infestation that gives -1 to hit against the General and +1 to hit to nearby Nurglings, while for Mortals Overpowering Stench prevents the issuing or reception of command abilities to nearby enemy units.
