It didn't have to actually smell good and like something I want to wear, but it actually does, and that's a huge bonus for me.

The fragrance by no means is something that you'll smell regularly nor is it in my opinion, close to any mainstream fragrance. This serves almost more as aromatherapy and is something I'd wear entirely for me, not giving the slightest of f***s if it offended anyone.I loved the portrayal of the relationship between Emma and Libby, which was loving and one between equals, where Libby gave Emma the freedom to be as successful as she could be. If it had been a simple romance without any promising back story, it would perhaps have been more palatable. These gardens are also practical trial beds where unusual varieties are grown for distillation in small batches. As the house begins to give up its secrets, Emma is drawn deeper into Freya’s story: a story of crushed idealism, of lost love, and of families ripped apart by war.
