Noctua's latest coolers feature their classic U-series single tower CPU coolers which have received more than 400 awards and recommendations from the international press. It clips on the outer side of the fan, with a two stage clipping ledge for an easy yet secure installation.

The NF-A15 is a premium quality quiet 140mm fan with a round frame that complies with Noctua's AAO standard.Additionally, due to an enlarged and bespoke contact area, this cooler cannot be used on other sockets and is not compatible with Noctua's standard mounting system. It is imperative a second fan is used when using a CPU with a rating of 250W or above, for example the 3rd Gen Ryzen Threadripper, which is 280W. Align the heatsink with the screw threads on the mounting bars, and tighten the screws alternately until they stop. The renowned NF-A15 140mm premium fans supplied with the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 support PWM for convenient automatic speed control through the motherboard, which allows them to run near silent at lighter loads and speed up only when necessary.
